THE Carlton Football Club can today confirm that Nicole Graves has resigned from her role as General Manager of Women’s Football.
Graves joined Carlton last June and in her time was able to assist in growing the Club’s AFLW program during its third season.
“I am grateful for my time at the Blues and being part of a program that has grown significantly over the last 12 months.
“My goal was to improve the operations of the AFLW program at the Club. I feel we have achieved this and now both the AFLW and VFLW programs are well-structured moving forward.
“I’m so proud of what the players and staff achieved in 2019 and I know the Club is in great hands to continue its success of 2019 into the future.”
Head of Football Brad Lloyd thanked Graves for her contribution to the Club.
“Nicole has been passionate in helping to make our AFLW program succeed. The last 12 months has seen the team come a long way and we will look to use this season as a springboard to improve heading into 2020.
“We thank Nicole for her commitment to the Club and wish her all the best with her future ambitions."
The Club will commence the recruitment process for a replacement in the coming weeks.
