The Northern Blues are looking forward to the challange when they face the Casey Scorpions on Saturday.
Having lost to Williamstown in round 11, Blues Coach Luke Webster says they fought hard the entire match.
"It was a great effort by the boys. They put themselves in a really good position for most of the game. In the end though, we let them kick some easy goals."
Tom Bell played incredibly well with 25 possessions, whilst Andrew McInnes was another standout player.
"Andrew defended on guys that were 10 centimetres taller than him and still managed to get the job done."
Looking ahead to Saturday's game, Webster says he is pleased with how the Blues have trained.
"Preparation has been really good. Casey will be another big challenge for the boys, but we're looking forward to it."
