THE TEAM is in.
Carlton are all set to launch their 2023 campaign when they take on Port Melbourne in their first game of the 2023 rebel VFLW season.
The Blues will head into the game with confidence, following two strong performances in pre-season practice matches including a win over their Round 1 opponent.
Captain Christina Bernardi will lead the Blues out in her first game as captain and will take confidence knowing that she has the experienced heads of Ally Bild, Amelia Klingbeil, Vanessa Murphy and Bry Gurr in support.
There will be some other familiar faces for those in attendance with Paige Trudgeon and Annie Lee from Carlton's AFLW team joining the team as they begin their own preparations for the 2023 season.
For those unable to attend, the game will be live streamed via the AFL Live App and AFL.com.au.
