FOUR Carlton players have either undergone or will be undergoing post-season surgery following the completion of the 2022 season.
George Hewett (back)
- Underwent back surgery earlier this week to correct the injury that was hindering him in the later part of 2022
- Will recover over the off season and is expected to be available for most of pre-season training
Matthew Kennedy (foot)
- Had surgery a week ago on the Lisfranc injury he suffered in his foot
- Will be back running for the start of pre-season training
Marc Pittonet (knee)
- Will undergo surgery on his PCL to repair the damage done during the season
- Expected to be back into a running program at the start of pre-season in December
Corey Durdin (shoulder)
- Will undergo a shoulder reconstruction
- Back into a full running program for start of pre-season
- Expected to resume full training in January
*All other players will be back into the full program for the start of pre-season
