LIAM Stocker and Lewis Young are back for the Blues.
Carlton has called in the duo of defensive reinforcements for its Sir Doug Nicholls Round opener against Sydney.
After missing two weeks due to a combination of suspension and injury, Stocker returns to the fold to replace Zac Williams, who sustained a high-grade calf strain last week.
He is joined in the line-up by Young, who missed the win over Greater Western Sydney due to AFL Health and Safety Protocols.
Brodie Kemp has been omitted, while Jack Newnes has been managed.
The wingman was unable to complete today’s training session due to soreness and has been ruled out of tomorrow night’s game.
After impressing last weekend when he was called upon early as medical sub, Matthew Cottrell has been elevated to the starting 22 for tomorrow night’s game.
Jesse Motlop will reprise his role in Carlton’s 22 for his first Sir Doug Nicholls Round, while it’ll be a big night for George Hewett and Nic Newman against their former side.
It’ll be Hewett’s first game against the Swans since joining the Blues as a free agent after 120 games in red and white.
Kemp has been named as an emergency alongside Jordan Boyd, Paddy Dow and Will Setterfield, with the team’s medical sub to be announced an hour before tomorrow night’s bounce.
It’s the youngest team the Blues have named this season, with nine players aged 22-and-under and the same amount of players with less than 50 games.
Corey Durdin is proud of his forward pressure and his ability to play a role in the team.

The Rising Star nomination is just another feather in his cap for Durds' Round 9 performance.
The Round 10 contest begins at 7:50pm, with pre-match entertainment - which you can find out about here - beginning from 7:20pm.
