BLUEBAGGERS will remember 2021 as the year of 'Doing it for Doc': The year when the whole football community rallied to support Sam Docherty with his cancer battle. 

Patrick Cripps was the first cab off the rank to announce his action for support and the effect snowballed from there. 

$201,000 and a few bald heads later, social media was alight with support for Docherty, whether it was a big or small token, the love was certainly shown and shared. 

With the money raised going towards the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation, the movement will help cancer research and treatments continue to be developed.
