Jack Howard, former Hunters and Collectors stalwart, has written a rock anthem for the Carlton Football Club for the 2009 season. “They Know We’re Coming” was performed by Jack live at the Carlton Family Day at Visy Park.
“We are hoping this becomes Carlton’s very own ‘Holy Grail’ for 2009 when it is officially launched at today’s Family Day.”
As a result of the devastating Victorian bushfires this anthem for 2009 will now be a fundraiser for the Red Cross Appeal with proceeds from the download of the song being donated to the Bushfire Appeal.
“The more people who download the new anthem, the more money we will raise for the Bushfire victims.”
