Harriet Cordner spent her first four AFLW seasons as a key pillar in the backline for Melbourne, before crossing to Punt Road in 2021.
The experienced Cordner moved to Carlton for the 2023 season after recovering from a knee injury, where she played all 10 games, averaging 12 disposals, three marks and three tackles.
A pivotal leader in the backline, Cordner’s strength and her intercept ability is what held her in good stead for the Blues: her standing at IKON Park was further reinforced when she signed a contract extension until the end of 2025.
Draft history: Category B Rookie selection in 2016.
