Australia's best network.
Adam Saad has been a fantastic addition for Carlton since he came across from Essendon in the 2019 off-season, playing 68 of his 177 games in Navy Blue.
Missing only one game for the 2023 season, Saad was a mainstay of Carlton’s half-back line, working alongside Nic Newman to create contests behind the ball.
The defender’s intense running and pinpoint kicking make him a safe option for the footy, often able to get the ball out of dangerous situations and get things flowing.
With a passion for seeing school children from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds participate in football, Saad also reflects on his identity as the only AFL player of Muslim religion to not only give back to the community, but also educate players and staff at Carlton on his faith.
In his spare time, the father and footballer runs the Adam Saad Pathways, which delivers elite multicultural programs that create role models within the community.
