Placing third in last year’s VFL Best and Fairest, White was a reliable mainstay for the Reserves, being one of only two players to play every game last season.
With a composure and accuracy in front of goal which is set to add to the Blues’ forward mix, the 20-year-old booted 21 goals in his debut season at VFL level, the second most in the Blues’ Reserves team.
Ultimately earning the Club’s Best Young Player award, White - who kicked three majors on separate occasions - also showcased his versatility, starting the year as a small forward with an eye for goal but also displaying that he was capable of making an impact higher up the ground.
