Jesse Motlop called IKON Park home after being selected by the Blues with pick No.27 in the 2021 NAB AFL Draft, hailing from Aquinas College (the same school as co-captain Patrick Cripps).
The son of former North Melbourne and Port Adelaide livewire Daniel, Motlop is a dynamic, energetic small forward in his own right.
Motlop struggled with injury in 2024, seeing him play only seven games after an impressive campaign in 2023, where he played 21 games.
Looking to start 2025 strong, Motlop has been touted as 'the one to watch' by his teammates in the pre-season, with the 21-year-old looking to put a consistent string of games together and provide flair in the forward line alongside good mates Zac Williams and Ashton Moir.
