A physical inside midfielder known for his burst out of contests and his ball-winning ability, Paddy Dow has 63 AFL games under his belt since his arrival in the 2017 NAB AFL Draft, looking to add to the tally in the coming year.

Despite a new-look midfield restricting him to just four senior games in 2021, Dow continued to play a vital role for the Carlton Reserves over the course of the year.

Voted best on ground most weeks and a crucial part of the team’s drought-breaking finals berth, Dow provided leadership and reliability to the VFL program.

Dow subsequently took home the VFL best-and-fairest award for his consistent efforts, as well as being named the team’s Best Finals Player across their elimination and semi finals.
