Two of the outstanding young midfield talents in the competition will be on opposing sides, with the No.2 pick from the 2017 NAB AFL Draft taking on pick No.1 from 2018.
Andrew Brayshaw and Sam Walsh have been quick to show the competition what the hype is all about already in their budding young careers. The two emerging guns are certain to feature prominently at the coalface.
With both sides coming off narrow losses in their most recent games, the chance to hit back and record the four points will be at the forefront.
Both teams have performed particularly strong in the clinches and in the air in 2019: the Blues shade the Dockers for centre clearances (158-157), while the Dockers have a narrow ascendancy for contested marks (170-163).
