THE team is in for Carlton’s return to Marvel Stadium on Sunday evening.
After naming its squad of last 26 last night, the Blues have confirmed the additions of Marc Murphy, Jack Newnes and Sam Petrevski-Seton alongside Lachie Plowman for the Round 15 clash.
Murphy returns after a prolific game at VFL level, as does Petrevski-Seton for his first starting appearance for the Blues since Round 6.
Newnes also returns to the starting line-up after featuring as the activated medical sub in Carlton’s last two matches.
With Petrevski-Seton’s addition alongside Eddie Betts, Liam Jones, Jack Martin and Zac Williams, Carlton has made club history, fielding a team of 22 featuring five Indigenous players for the first time.
Coming out of the 26-man squad named last night is Nic Newman, who has been omitted.
Sunday’s game will begin from 4:10pm AEST at Marvel Stadium.
