OVERVIEW
Pulling on the Navy Blue for the fourth consecutive season, Tayla Harris once again took up her place as Carlton's key forward in 2021.
Playing eight games for the year, Harris was supported by new Blues Serena Gibbs and Charlotte Hammans as the Blues' talls in 2021.
The forward finished the year with four goals while maintaining here trademark forward pressure throughout the year ensuring that the opposition defenders were kept accountable.
BEST PERFORMANCE
Harris' best came in Carlton's Round 2 clash with the Western Bulldogs for the first annual AFLW Pride Game.
The experienced Blue notched two goals for her side, keeping Carlton in contention throughout the afternoon until it eventually fell a goal short to the Bulldogs at home.
Harris was kept busy in the forward line, she finished the game with 10 disposals for her efforts inside 50.
SEASON HIGHLIGHT
It's hard to go past a Mark of the Year nomination for a season highlight, one of several for Harris over recent years.
Crashing the pack late in the fourth quarter at Whitten Oval, Harris took the grab over several Bulldogs defenders to keep her side in contention.
