CARLTON is set to bring consistency in its fourth annual AFLW Carlton Respects clash with Richmond.

Back home for the first time since Round 1, the Blues have made just one change heading into the special match on the Navy Blue calendar. 

Jess Edwards makes her way back into the side for the second time in 2021, with the defender recalled after last making an appearance against the Western Bulldogs in Round 2. 

The Blues will be without one of their skippers on Saturday afternoon, with Katie Loynes set to miss the clash with our cross-town rivals.

Playing the first three games of her second season as co-captain, Loynes will be managed over the next week: it will be just the second time ever the Game Changers have run out without Loynes in the line-up.

Jess Hosking has been named at half forward for the clash with the Tigers, with the Round 4 clash the first time Hosking will face ex-Blue and twin sister Sarah in an AFLW match.

Last week’s debutant Daisy Walker retains her spot in the Blues’ back line for a second week, alongside fellow draftee Mimi Hill who maintains her 100 per cent record since debuting in the season opener.

For the fourth consecutive season the Game Changers will run out in orange socks, the international colour of harmony.

Fans will also return to the stands for Saturday’s clash, with Bluebaggers invited to wear a touch of orange with their regular Navy Blue for the special game.

Tickets for the general public are now on sale for the clash, with limited amounts available and must be purchased online through Ticketmaster.
