CARLTON will be spoiled for choice at the selection table in the lead-up to Round 3, with three injured Blues cleared to play.
After sustaining a facial fracture in the Blues’ January practice match with the Saints, Lucy McEvoy has been cleared to play ahead of the Round 3 rematch.
McEvoy missed the opening two rounds of the AFLW season with the injury, but the second-year Blue is now eager to get her 2021 campaign underway after a debut year that earned her a Rising Star nomination.
32 years in the making.

We'll head to Moorabbin this weekend for the first time since 1989 after a change to the Round 3 fixture. ??
Also back in the mix this week is Carlton veteran Gab Pound, who has been cleared to play after spending the opening fortnight on the sidelines with a hand fracture.
The inaugural Blue will be looking to pick up where she left off in her fifth year in Navy Blue: Rounds 1 and 2 were the first two games Pound has missed over her entire AFLW career.
Adding to Carlton’s returning defensive depth, Mua Laloifi will be available for selection after missing Round 2 with a concussion sustained in the season opener.
Speedy forward Brooke Walker is progressing well in her recovery from foot injury, with a return to full training likely over the next two weeks.
The team for Carlton’s Round 3 clash with St Kilda will be released this Friday ahead of the Saturday fixture.
