The Carlton Football Club is thrilled to announce that Big Ant Studios has strengthened its support of the Game Changers by extending their commitment for the next four years.
Big Ant became a proud Platinum partner of Carlton’s women’s program following the conclusion of the 2020 AFLW season and their partnership has now broadened on the eve of tomorrow night’s season opener.
The Big Ant Studios logo will feature above the number on the back of the players’ guernseys, while the game developer will continue as Major partner of the Blues’ VFLW program in 2021.
They will also once again proudly present the Club’s AFLW Best and Fairest at season’s end.
Carlton CEO Cain Liddle thanked Big Ant for its continued support.
“We are delighted to continue our strong partnership with Ross Symons and the entire team at Big Ant – one of Australia’s largest and longest-running game development houses,” Liddle said.
“Since coming on board as a Platinum partner of our women’s program last year, Ross and the entire Big Ant family have given their unwavering support to our female athletes and the women’s game.
“As a club we could not be more excited to further develop our relationship with Big Ant, and to see our players take to the field in a new navy blue guernsey displaying the Big Ant brand on the back tomorrow night.”
Big Ant CEO Ross Symons expressed their excitement in partnering with the AFLW program until at least the end of 2024.
“At Big Ant Studios we firmly believe that women’s sport is critical, and we are pleased to be able to do our part in supporting it, both through the games that we create, and in backing women to succeed at the highest levels of competition,” Symons said.
“Carlton Football Club has done an incredible job in growing this squad in particular, and the women’s game in general, and we are so pleased that we can continue to be part of the journey.”
