CARLTON has made four changes to its team for the Round 18 clash with Brisbane.
As the Blues look to farewell departing champion Kade Simpson in style, Jack Martin is one of four inclusions for the match against the Lions.
Martin returns after missing last weekend with a calf injury sustained in the win over Sydney 10 days ago.
He has been joined by Matthew Kennedy, Marc Pittonet and Cameron Polson into the starting line-up.
Sam Docherty and Zac Fisher were confirmed as outs during the week, while Will Setterfield will join them due to a minor calf injury. Lochie O’Brien has been omitted.
Of course, the star of the show will be Simpson, who will bid farewell after his 342nd and final game tomorrow night.
So often described as Carlton’s heart and soul, the Blues will be looking to do it for Simmo one last time at the Gabba against the second-placed Lions.
