Defensive pressure and a spectacular goal feature in this week's CFC Plays of the Day, selected by Carlton Assistant Coach John Barker. 

The first Play of the Day from round 8 goes to Jarrad Waite, for his solid tackles on Port Adelaide's Kane Cornes and Alipate Carlile, bringing both men to ground. 

Simon White showed the bump isn't dead, executing an effective hip and shoulder on Port's Chad Wingard. 

While Carlton Captain Marc Murphy sent the crowd into a frenzy in his 150th AFL match, finding the goal from the forward pocket.
