CARLTON has called on the experience of Lauren Brazzale and Tilly Lucas-Rodd for the Round 6 clash with Brisbane.
In the Blues’ final team for Sunday, Brazzale and Lucas-Rodd will replace first-year Blues, Jess Edwards and Emerson Woods.
Having played in Carlton’s inaugural game back in 2017, the duo have been recalled for one of the Blues’ biggest games in their history.
A win against the third-placed Lions could see the Blues all but lock in a top-two spot in Conference B, with just one week remaining in the home-and-away season.
An amazing and inspiring read from our captain, @BriannaDavey.

After being named on the extended bench, Shae Audley and Courtney Webb have been named as the emergencies.
After last week’s starring performance in the midfield, Brianna Davey has been named alongside Round 5 hero Darcy Vescio up forward.
Second-gamer Charlotte Wilson joins the in-form defensive duo of Kerryn Harrington and Gab Pound across half back.
Sunday’s game against Brisbane begins from 4:05pm at Ikon Park. The game will mark the second annual AFLW Carlton Respects game, promoting gender equality and the prevention of violence against women.
