The Carlton Football Club is currently conducting research in conjunction with La Trobe University into our membership base and how our members gain enjoyment from our great game. This research will help the Club as it continues to develop its membership program for 2013. ??
To conduct this research we are inviting our members to attend a focus group session during an afternoon or an evening of your choice. These focus group sessions will consist of 7 or 8 people who are asked to discuss a number of issues raised by the researcher. All interviews will be video recorded, and the material will be available to the researchers only for transcribing purposes.
Each participant will receive a Carlton gift pack from the Club as a thank you for participating and helping us research ways in which we can improve our Members' experiences.
