Blues to help launch ONE
Carlton is set to help launch Network Ten’s new 24-hour free-to-air sports channel, ONE HD.
The game will be shown LIVE into Melbourne commencing at 7.30pm after a 30-minute “welcome to ONE” program. Click here for national broadcast times.
The blockbuster round one match against Richmond was considered a great way to kick off the new channel.
On Monday March 30th the first guest on ONE’s new AFL show, “One Week At A Time”, will be Carlton captain Chris Judd. The show will go to air at 7:30pm in Melbourne and will be live everywhere in Australia (7:00pm in Adelaide, 4:30pm in Perth, 6:30pm in Brisbane). Chris will join Stephen Quartermain and Robert Walls to analyse the first round of matches and look ahead to round 2 of the 2009 season.
The Carlton flavour in the first week of ONE will be sure to provide a successful start to this exciting new 24-hour free-to-air sports channel.
How to watch ONE
ONE will be available in High Definition on (digital) Channel 1 and Standard Definition on (digital) Channel 12. If you have a High Definition television all you need to do is flick to Channel 1. If you have a Standard Definition digital television simply turn to Channel 12.
If you are not sure if your TV is Digital, test it out by flicking to Channel 12 on your TV. If your television is NOT digital, head down to your local consumer electronics retailer and purchase a digital set-top box – this will mean you can view Channel 12 in Standard Definition.
ONE will also be available via Foxtel in both SD and HD.
