All registered members are welcome to attend the AGM, the 147th of the Carlton Football Club Ltd (CAN 005 449 90). As well as receiving the financial statements and the directors and auditors reports for the year ended 31 October 2011, the results of any directors’ election poll (if required) will be declared and new Life Members presented.
