Sam Walsh was also a standout, gathering 22 disposals in the midfield, while Jacob Weitering and Kade Simpson provided solid showings down back.

It evened up the 2019 record between the two sides at one apiece, after the Blues accounted for the Dogs by 44 points in Round 5.

Lachie Plowman will play his 100th AFL game this Sunday, having missed just 10 games since his Navy Blue debut in 2016.
