There were plenty of fun-filled activities, and supporters had the chance to enjoy a kick-to-kick on the oval with Captain Carlton.

Carlton's Fan Development and Community Co-ordinator Matthew Hughes says the day was a great chance to connect with members and supporters ahead of the holiday break.

"We really enjoyed opening up our doors on Saturday – it was a great family day," Hughes said.

"It was great to see so many people come along and take up the chance to have a kick on Visy Park, as well as see Santa and Captain Carlton."

The Carlton Football Club would like to take this opportunity to wish all its members and supporters a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
