The Blues have made four changes, with Andrew Walker, Matthew Kreuzer, David Ellard and Jeff Garlett coming into the side.
Port Adelaide also has four inclusions, bringing in Tom Logan, Lewis Stevenson, Jack Hombsch and Domenic Cassisi.
Carlton has the chance to secure eighth place and a spot in the finals.
