Marc Murphy and Kade Simpson paid a visit to Sale's Post Shop this week as part of the 2014 Australia Post AFL Community Camp.

The skipper and his vice-captain spent the afternoon signing autographs and having their pictures taken with Blues supporters.

The visit was to help raise awareness of 'Boots For All’ – a not-for-profit organisation that collects quality new or old football boots to distribute to those in disadvantaged communities.

Murphy has urged Carlton fans to get behind the program.

“It’s great to be able to give something back to the community and to spend time in regional areas like Sale, where we have supporters who may not be able to make it to a game during the year," Murphy said.

“We're encouraging people of all ages to donate old or new footy boots at their local Australia Post outlet, so that Boots For All can help those less fortunate enjoy Aussie Rules.”

To donate to the Boots For All program simply take your new or old footy boots into your local Post outlet, pick-up a Boots For All satchel, and Australia Post will take care of the rest.

Collections are open through to Friday 14 March.
