The Carlton Football Club’s new strategic plan has been unveiled, with 10 key drivers to lay the foundations for sustained success.
Carlton’s Key Drivers of Success was released to members last night.
The plan is the result of club-wide collaboration involving feedback from more than 2,500 members and a dedicated focus group. The plan draws on the knowledge and experience of Carlton’s Board, its management team, staff, players and supporters.
Carlton CEO Steven Trigg says the plan is deliberately succinct.
“This plan sets out the major objectives that we want to achieve, as well as clearly articulated measures and strategies for each area of the Club’s operations,” Trigg said.
“Ultimately, we are focused on the three key areas outlined in our new mission statement: uniting our people, providing amazing experiences and winning.
“We are committed to building a strong and united culture, which will be driven from the players up. We are also committed to putting our supporters at the centre of everything we do and building the match-day experience and attendance.”
