Carlton players have visited primary schools across Melbourne's north today to chat to students about what life is like in the AFL.
In all, 26 schools took part in the visits, which involved Q & A sessions with players as well as some junior clinics.
Bryce Gibbs, Kane Lucas and Troy Menzel visited the Lalor East Primary School, where students and teachers had plenty of questions for the trio.
When asked about life after football, Menzel revealed he's hoping to complete a degree in psychology to set himself up for a future career.
But the Carlton young gun had a little chuckle, and he said he hopes that's a long way away.
"I'm only 19, so I haven't really given any thought to retirement just yet," Menzel told students.
"But I'm interested in psychology and that's an area I'd like to work in one day."
The Lalor East Primary School is one of the schools participating in Carlton’s Multicultural School Program (MSP).
The MSP is a six-week school based program to help migrant, refugee and newly arrived communities learn about AFL and assist with their transition into Australian society.
