Carlton captain Marc Murphy has been nominated for the AFL’s Hungry Jack’s Goal of the Year.
The skipper has been nominated for his sensational goal from the boundary in the opening quarter of Carlton’s Round 19 clash with Fremantle.
On the run, Murphy scooped up the ball near the boundary keeping it in play, before snapping for goal.
The ball bounced along the ground and found its way through.
