CARLTON forward Jack Silvagni has been ruled out of tomorrow’s return to action due to gastro.
Silvagni, who was named at half forward in Thursday’s team announcement, was not at the Club for Friday morning’s Captain’s Run and will not play against Melbourne tomorrow afternoon.
His replacement in the side will be confirmed later today.
At this stage the Club expects Silvagni to be back training next week.
Senior Coach David Teague also clarified Paddy Dow’s availability to media on Friday morning, with the midfielder to miss due to knee soreness.
Teague confirmed Dow had been experiencing knee soreness, which was the reason for his non-selection in the Round 2 side.
Dow will be unavailable for the next couple of weeks.
