Josh Fraser arrived at Carlton and the Northern Blues from the Gold Coast Suns, where he coached the Suns’ reserves team in the NEAFL for two seasons.
A former AFL ruckman who played 218 games, Fraser began his playing career with Collingwood after being selected at pick No.1 in the 1999 national draft.
He will take the reins at the Northern Blues in 2020 for the fifth successive year.
