Carlton’s AFLW/VFLW List Manager Wayne Siekman has tendered his resignation from his position at the Club.

Siekman has accepted a role with the West Adelaide Football Club in the SANFL after joining the Blues in May 2019.

GM of Women’s Football Ash Brown thanked Siekman for his contribution to both the AFLW and VFLW programs.

“Wayne played a key role in bringing in seven quality players to the Club through the 2019 NAB AFL Women’s Draft and we wish him and his family all the best with his new role at West Adelaide,” Brown said.

Carlton will commence its search to fill the position in the coming weeks.
