Carlton champion Chris Judd is keeping busy in retirement, with the dual Brownlow medallist preparing to launch his book INSIDE: The Autobiography.

INSIDE gives a rare insight into one of the greatest careers in the modern game. It will be released in hardback next week, Wednesday 14 October.

Judd says he has found the process of writing the book "both enjoyable and challenging".

"Football, like many pursuits in life, can be a great teacher, and articulating all the lessons that the game has taught me has been a rewarding process and reminded me just how lucky I am for receiving those lessons," Judd said.

"I hope that this book will give people a clearer indication of what goes on inside the mind of a modern day footballer, a place that the public rarely gets to go.”
