Carlton’s 150th Celebration proved a lucky night for Blues board member Ahmed Fahour.
He was drawn as the winner of the Club’s raffle for a Hyundai i40 Tourer Premium.
The car featured special one-of-a-kind CFC-150 number plates.
The Carlton director and CEO of Australia Post generously donated the car back to the Blues.
It was auctioned later in the evening raising $40,000, which will help deliver Carlton’s Community and Diversity Programs.
The programs engage migrant, refugee and new arrival communities throughout Northern Metropolitan Melbourne, assisting with health and educational outcomes.
Carlton would like to thank all those who purchased tickets and helped make the raffle a success, with a special thanks to Paul Del Papa who had the winning bid in the auction.
