After a decorated 279-game AFL career, Chris Judd hung up the boots in June this year.

But the dual Brownlow medallist will be back on the hallowed turf this Sunday for a lap of honour around the MCG ahead of Carlton's clash with Melbourne.

Ahead of the match we're giving you the chance to say #THANK5 to one of our game's true greats.

Until Saturday, you can head to The Carlton Shop at Ikon Park to write your personal message in our #THANK5 book.

The book will then be available to sign until the start of the game this Sunday at the MCG, in our merchandise stand at Carlton Central outside Gate 3.

The messages of #THANK5 will then be presented to 'Juddy' as a memento from fans.

Meanwhile don't forget to make sure you're in your seat at quarter time on Sunday to win one of four Chris Judd bobbleheads – there are just five copies: Judd's own and the four we are giving away.
