The Carlton House is nearly complete, and that means it’s almost ready for sale!

Since the three-way partnership between the Blues, Orbit Homes and Brown Property Group was announced in May, building works have been right on schedule at the Highgrove Estate.

The estate has become one of the fastest growing communities in Clyde North following its launch in May 2014. Located approximately 50km from Melbourne’s CBD, more than 480 blocks have been sold – over half of the community.

Once it’s complete, around 3,000 people will proudly call Highgrove Estate home.

The region features multiple parklands equipped with BBQ facilities and picnic tables, as well as children’s play equipment. In addition, its range of schools and local shopping options makes it the ideal place for growing families to settle down.

The estate also boasts sporting clubs, multi-purpose sporting courts and grassed play zones for those seeking an active lifestyle.

Thanks to Brown Property Group, the developers behind Highgrove, some lucky residents who have bought into the estate were treated to a day out at the football.

The residents were picked up in the Carlton bus and driven to the MCG for the Round 22 clash with Melbourne. Once they arrived they received a free meal, and most importantly, experienced a Blues win!
