Carlton young gun Patrick Cripps will wear guernsey No.9 for the Blues in 2015.
The 19-year-old, who made his AFL debut in 2014 wearing the No.16, will make the switch to the single digit most notably worn by Carlton great Ken Hunter.
Hunter, a three-time premiership player (1981, 1982, 1987) and four-time All-Australian, wore No.9 during his nine-year career playing for the Blues.
Fittingly, Cripps, is no stranger to his new number, having worn it during his playing days as a junior competitor.
