Kade Simpson’s performance against Collingwood has once again earned him a spot in AFL Media’s ‘Team of the Week’.

The vice-captain was Carlton’s leading possession-winner on Saturday night, notching up 28 disposals at 89 per cent efficiency. In a dominant performance down back he also laid two tackles and had four rebound-50s.

Simpson was named at halfback alongside Bulldog Matthew Boyd and Sun Steven May.

Kade Simpson had a game-high 20 uncontested possessions in Saturday night's loss to Collingwood.

The 32-year old, who recently recorded his 250^th game, is enjoying a terrific season, averaging nearly 25 disposals per match this year. 

‘Simmo’ will no doubt have his work cut out for him this weekend, with the Blues taking on the in-form Crows at the MCG.
