The Carlton Football Club is proud of its community partnership with Down Syndrome Victoria.
Blues veteran Kade Simpson is an official ambassador for Down Syndrome Victoria, while Carlton has now employed two staff through the organisation.
Next week Ikon Park will play host to Down Syndrome Victoria's official T4321 breakfast, with special guest speaker Steven Trigg.
The Blues CEO will discuss the rewards of employing individuals with Down syndrome, his vision for Carlton and the season ahead.
