A selection of Carlton’s men and women players have spent Good Friday making a difference to the lives of many sick children at The Royal Children’s Hospital.
In support of the Good Friday Appeal, Marc Murphy, Charlie and Ed Curnow, Jacob Weitering, Jack Silvagni, Harry McKay, Jed Lamb, Sam Rowe, Dennis Armfield, Simon White and Matthew Wright took time out of their schedules to ensure smiling faces were in abundance ahead of Easter.
Accompanying the in-season Blues was Carlton AFLW captain Lauren Arnell and teammates Kate Shierlaw, Tilly Lucas-Rodd, Sarah Hosking, Jess Hosking, Bri Davey, Kate Darby and Shae Audley.

During their visit, the players spent time getting to know the children and their families as they made their way through the hospital’s colourful wards.
In its 86th year, Victoria’s annual Good Friday Appeal will raise much needed funds to see the best possible care given to the patients and their families at The Royal Children’s Hospital.
