BRENDON Bolton has called on Blues supporters to send in their wet-weather costume suggestions, with the senior coach joining the 17 AFL coaches who will take part in the #BigFreeze4 slide at the Queen’s Birthday clash at the MCG.
On Friday evening, FightMND announced that the #BigFreeze4 sliders were the 18 AFL coaches, after Patron Neale Daniher nominated Damien Hardwick as the first slider for 2018.
Hardwick quickly accepted and the announcement followed that each of the 18 coaches in the competition had agreed to slide.
Blues supporters are encouraged to send in their suggestions by commenting on Facebook here.
Make sure you get to the Melbourne Cricket Ground on June 11 to watch your coach go down Australia’s most famous slide.
All the ‘sliding’ action kicks off at 2pm on the Queen’s Birthday just before the clash between Melbourne and Collingwood at the MCG. Gates open at 1.30pm.
