FOUR changes have been made at the selection table for the Blues’ Round 13 VFLW clash with Casey on Saturday.
Defender Reni Hicks and ruck Alison Downie – both AFLW-listed players – make their way back into the side, alongside young gun Olivia Vesely and the dependable Sarah Last.
Heading out of the team is Kerryn Harrington, Isabella Gietzmann, Bridie Kennedy and Natalie Plane.
While Carlton is coming off a win against Richmond at Ikon Park, Casey suffered a loss to the Northern Territory Thunder in Round 12.
With the Blues and Demons only separated by percentage on the ladder – Carlton sits in eighth position while Casey is ninth – it should be a tight contest on Saturday.
Carlton takes on the Casey Demons this Saturday morning at Casey Fields, with all the action kicking off at 10:30am.

Round 13 of the state-league competition also marks AFL Victoria’s White Ribbon Round. Promoting fans not to sit on the sidelines, this weekend is a call to action, reminding players, fans and coaches to stand up, speak out and act to stop violence against women.
