CARLTON will welcome back captain Marc Murphy in Sunday's clash against Melbourne at the MCG.
Named across the centreline, the 30-year-old will play his first game since injuring his plantar fascia against North Melbourne in Round 4.
Young forward Pat Kerr could make his AFL debut, named on an extended interchange alongside Jacob Weitering, Jack Silvagni and Matt Shaw.
The Blues' only confirmed out is Ed Curnow, who was today suspended for one week following an AFL appeal against his original penalty for making contact with an umpire.
Carlton will name its final 22-man team at 5pm AEST on Friday.
