THERE was no holding back on the track today, with the Blues ramping up their preparations for Saturday night's JLT Community Series clash with Hawthorn in Launceston.

In hot conditions at Ikon Park, the boys were put through their paces while decked out in orange to support Sunday's inaugural AFLW CARLTON RESPECTS game.

The Blues will train in front of the Carlton faithful at University of Tasmania Stadium from 6:45pm on Friday night - the same venue where they'll go head-to-head with the Hawks the night after.
