FOLLOWING Carlton’s 2019 VFLW season, assistant coach Kerry Saunders provided the following words on the Blues' midfielders:
Marnie Jarvis
Games: 13 | Average disposals: 6.6
Marnie was the quietest of our youngsters. She produced good skills either side of her body and added some solid defence to her game this season.
Katie Stone
Games: 2 | Average hitouts: 15
Katie started very competitively, but missed most of the season due to injury and holidays.
Lauren Munday
Games: 11 | Average disposals: 6.7
Lauren was the fastest player in our two-kilometre time trial. She used that fitness all over the field and her skills were impressive. She was injured late in the season but showed promising signs.
Kicking things off.
