FOR the second consecutive weekend, Bluebaggers will be treated to a double header.

Carlton fans heading to the traditional home on football this Sunday will take in back-to-back Blues action, with the Northern Blues to take on Richmond’s VFL side in a curtain raiser at the MCG.

Starting from 11:40am, Northern will look to redeem themselves against the Tigers after last week’s disappointing loss to Collingwood.

The match is the second consecutive curtain raiser to a Carlton game in 2019, with the VFL action set to take to the main stage.

Gates one, three and six will be open from 11:30am, as will AFL and MCC reserve sections.

VFL memberships will not grant entry to Sunday’s contest: for admission to the MCG, fans will need a valid ticket or membership for the AFL game to gain entry.

The VFL game will be broadcast on channel 7 for Victorian viewers.
