THE TEAM is in. 

Carlton is set for its first hit-out of the 2025 VFLW season.

The Blues will face off against the Roos in the traditional Good Friday clash, kicking off a triple-header between the two clubs, with the VFLW side kicking off the day at  9:15am (AEST).

Five AFLW-listed players will pull on the Navy Blue, headlined by the long-awaited return of Erone Fitzpatrick after her ACL injury late in 2023. 

It also marks the first appearance of draftee Loulou Field, giving fans a glimpse of what’s to come for the 18-year-old. 

Brooke Vickers is back in action after a season on the sidelines due to injury, joined by Lila Keck and Amelia Velardo as the Blues take on the reigning Premiers at Arden Street Oval. 

Leadership will be in strong hands, with Octavia Di Donato returning as captain following her stint at the West Coast Eagles. She’ll be supported by co-vice captains A. Trindade and S. Demeo.

It also marks the first official game at the helm for Aasta O’Connor, who adds the VFLW reins to her already impressive coaching resume.
