CARLTON has made three changes for Thursday’s 30th Peter Mac Cup against the old enemy.
With it announced on Wednesday morning that Will White would make his AFL debut in the most iconic of fixture, the Blues have confirmed an additional two inclusions to the side to take on the Pies.
Cooper Lord returns to the side after playing the opening two games of the season, while second-year forward Ashton Moir also returns to the line-up for his first game of the season - and his first game on the hallowed turf.
Matthew Cottrell (ankle) will miss the game after being unable to complete main training on Tuesday night, with the Club to monitor his recovery over the coming days.
Jordan Boyd and Francis Evans (omitted) both come out of the line-up, with the duo joining Jaxon Binns as emergencies.
In positive news for the Blues, Zac Williams has been named to play after getting through training on Tuesday night after being subbed out in the second term of last week’s clash with the Western Bulldogs.
Lord, Moir and White are joined by Williams and Nick Haynes on the interchange, with the Blues to confirm their sub an hour before the bounce. The Round 4 clash between Collingwood and Carlton is sold out and is fully ticketed, meaning members who have not secured a reserves seat will be unable to attend the game.
